My wife and I stayed here Oct 29, 30, & 31, 2019 - the first three nights of our first visit to Italy. We could not have been happier with our choice. Our Junior Suite was perfect - very comfortable with a nice little terrace looking out over the street. The location is great, right across the street from the Piazza and a Metro station right outside the front door for easy access to many popular locations in the City Center. Adele and Viola were so helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Before arriving to this hotel, the communication with Adele was very easy. I picked this place because they could arrange car service to the airport. The fee is 50 euro (as of 10/2019). I took an early train ride from Florence to Rome, so I showed up at the guest house around 10am. 30 minutes after my arrival, I was able to check-in. I really appreciated the early check-in, because I was really tired from waking up so early in Florence. Adele gave me a map and highlighted major roads I could take to to get to St. Peter's, as well as the Pantheon. The place is right across the street from Piazza del Popolo. Downstairs is a good fast food type pasta place called Pastaciutta. Starting at 8am is a free continental breakfast of cereal, sweet bread rolls, pound cake, cookies, and meat slices with cheese. I can't remember if the meat was salami or prosciutto. There is a fast boiling water kettle in the room that I used to make tea bag and coffee that I brought from home. There is a mini-frig that I just used to store my water, but there is water and drinks you could buy from the hotel in the mini-frig. The only thing I could suggest for improvement is to have better lighting to put makeup on. The bathroom lighting didn't work for me. I had to place a self-standing hard mirror (brought from home) by the lighting next to the bed to do my makeup. Adele is friendly and polite to deal with. The room is styled well. The pictures shown on their site is accurate. I would definitely stay here again, if I were to visit Rome. P.S. The guest house's address is actually Piazzale Flaminio, 9, 2nd Floor. For some reason, I thought the address of 900 Piazza del Popolo was the address as well.

This was a last minute booking due to issues with the original accommodation that was booked. A few days prior to the trip I received a FaceTime call from an unknown number. Being overly cautious, I did not answer but I then received a text message from the same number. It was from Adele, the owner of the guest house. It was a welcoming text that gave comprehensive details of how to get from the airport to the accommodation. It gave details of the lines for the trains and the metro, with directions and all the relevant prices and alternative private transport was offered. I was very impressed with the level of customer service. On arrival at the property there was someone to great us on Adele’s behalf. She was just as helpful as Adele had been and provided us with a map and details of how best to get around Rome. Nothing seemed too much trouble. We were shown to our room, which did not disappoint and a cappuccino was bought to the room for me. We requested an early breakfast the following morning, as we were going on a skip the line tour and there were no issues with this. Breakfast was served outside our room, a continental breakfast with selection of cereals, fruit, bread, yogurts, cheese and meats. It was lovely. On out last day we had to depart early and a selection of fruit and breads was left in our room, the night before, so that we could eat before our early start. This accommodation was comfortable and homely, an ideal location for the metro and I would highly recommend it! Thank you to Adele and her staff for making our first trip to Rome perfect!

900 Piazza Del Popolo is a boutique hotel and definitely one of the best I've stayed in. The rooms are well appointed as well as the bathroom. It is located right across the Termini station and about a 10 minute walk to the Spanish steps. There is a 24 hour convenience store around the corner and some coffee shops and a Burger King on the ground floor. Adele made sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast was a good spread of breads and pastries and fruit with coffee. Unfortunately no hot food :) if you are wondering, the building is equipped with a lift so no need to carry luggages up flights of stairs! Overall a pleasant and enjoyable stay for my husband and I!

We just left Adele’s amazing guesthouse after a great stay. Adele and the personnel was very helpful and we were very happy that we chose this place for our honeymoon. The rooms are newly renovated and the place lives up to all of our expectations. We will stay here again on our next trip to Rome and we can really recommend this place.
